El actor y músico Jared Leto ofreció un homenaje a las 130 víctimas de los ataques del 13 de noviembre en París durante los American Music Awards.
“Esta noche honramos a las víctimas de la violencia inimaginable que ha ocurrido en París y en todo el mundo”, dijo. “Francia importa, Rusia importa, Siria importa, Mali importa, Oriente Medio importa, Estados Unidos importa, todo el mundo importa y la paz es posible”, agregó.
Con “Hymne à l’amour”, Celine Dion rindió homenaje a las víctimas de los atentados en Paris.
También hubo actuaciones de Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber, Nick Jonas, Ariana Grande, Coldplay y los propios One Direction.
La cantante estadounidense Taylor Swift y la banda británica One Direction fueron los grandes triunfadores en la gala de los premios American Music 2015 celebrada la noche del domingo en el teatro Microsoft de Los Ángeles (Estados Unidos), y presentada por Jennifer Lopez, en la que Celine Dion y Jared Leto recordaron a las víctimas de París.
Alanis Morissette presentó su clásico “You Oughta Know” junto a Demi Lovato.
Coldplay presentó el nuevo trabajo titulado “Adventure of a lifetime” por primera vez en vivo.
El grupo Pentatonix, que en el último tiempo lograron saltar a la fama, realizó un tributo a Star Wars.
